Publishing Contracts
The most commonly executed contract between
Iriswhite Media and its authors is the profit share contract
that pays authors 70% of the net profit from the sale of each book,
in return for a worldwide license to publish the manuscript in any
print or electronic media format, in whole or in part, in the
English language. Contracts are negotiated and signed prior to
commencement of any new publishing project.
Iriswhite Media reserves the right, at its own discretion, to
negotiate custom contracts with authors based on various factors
such as prior publication, author popularity, demand for the
manuscript or other factors material to potential acceptance and
retail sales of the manuscript.
